World’s Longest Taco
The second annual Taco Festival kicked off in Mexico City yesterday where 40 restaurateurs collaborated to set a new record for the world’s longest taco. The cooks laid down a taco shell measuring 50 meters (164 feet) in length and ladled yellow rice, seafood, sliced boiled eggs, meat, and other ingredients onto the taco shell. After the record-breaking taco was measured, it was sliced and fed to festival visitors and attendees.
